Swedish freight technology company Einride has named Anubhav Verma as its new Chief Financial Officer in preparation for its planned SPAC listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
Verma will assume his new role in January 2026. He brings over 16 years of international experience in capital markets, acquisitions, and strategic finance. Most recently, he served for four years as CFO at lidar technology firm Microvision.
"Anubhav's experience in leading a multi-billion-dollar SPAC merger and cross-border expansion within the automotive and industrial sectors aligns perfectly with our growth strategy as we prepare for our public listing," said Einride CEO Roozbeh Charli.
