Electronic Arts Announces Leadership Updates
The following leadership updates were shared with EA employees on June 9, 2026.
David Tinson will become President, Chief Experiences Officer, overseeing functions focused on expanding global communities, accelerating business growth, and evolving how the teams operate.
CTO Matt Thomlinson and EA's Central Technology organization will join the Experiences organization and continue driving innovation across EA's games and platforms.
Cam Weber will expand his role as President, Chief Studios Officer, overseeing EA's portfolio of franchises and studio organizations, with responsibility for creative and development teams across the company.
Laura Miele will become President, Enterprise Development, partnering with CEO Andrew Wilson to pursue strategic growth opportunities beyond EA's core business.
These changes are intended to strengthen alignment across EA's creative, technology, and business organizations as the company continues to evolve its games, services, and entertainment offerings for players around the world.
