Embassy Office Parks REIT completed the acquisition of Eleanor Realty Holdings India Private Limited from Tech Park Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Futura Techpark Private Limited.
Embassy Office Parks REIT (NSEI:EMBASSY) agreed to acquire Eleanor Realty Holdings India Private Limited from Tech Park Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Futura Techpark Private Limited for an enterprise value of INR 8.5 billion on December 2, 2025. A cash consideration will be paid by Embassy Office Parks REIT. The enterprise value of INR 8.52 billion is subject to adjustments in relation to net debt, working capital and other adjustments, as agreed among the parties. Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Embassy REIT will hold 100% equity interest in Eleanor Realty Holdings.
For the period ending March 31, 2025, Eleanor Realty Holdings India Private Limited reported total revenue of INR 576.91 million.
The deal has been approved by the board of Embassy Office Parks. The long stop date for completion of the Proposed Acquisition is 45 days from the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement.
