(Alliance News) - Eni Spa announced on Wednesday that, on May 8, it purchased 875,813 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of EUR22.8359 each, for a total consideration of EUR20 million.
To date, the company holds 87.7 million shares, representing 2.9% of its share capital.
Eni shares rose 0.6% to EUR23.82.
