According to a statement, Descalzi updated the Prime Minister on Eni's activities in the country, focusing on exploration operations with an emphasis on gas and the onshore Dumrea permit, as well as initiatives related to the energy transition.
In particular, the parties discussed projects for electricity generation from renewable sources in Albania, with subsequent distribution to Italy via interconnector.
