EQT Real Estate Industrial Value Fund VI has acquired a logistics portfolio consisting of 25 properties in the United States from Mapletree Investments.

The portfolio covers approximately 4.3 million square feet and is located in markets such as Jacksonville, Nashville, Richmond, Atlanta, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and South Florida.

EQT plans to create value through active management, including leasing initiatives, improvements, and selective redevelopment.
