October has drawn to a close, marking a 3.9 percent rise for the OMXS30 index. The monthly gain outpaced the average change over the past ten years, which stood at a modest 0.2 percent.
Among the OMXS30 stocks, Ericsson delivered the strongest performance, surging 23.1 percent, while Lifco B followed as the second-best performer with a 15.9 percent increase.
On the downside, Evolution ranked at the bottom with a 17.9 percent decline, closely trailed by Saab, which dropped 8.8 percent.
