Europe's carbon tax, tariff quotas to hinder India's steel exports, steel secy says

NEW DELHI, Feb 9 (Reuters) - India's steel exports will remain a challenge due to Europe's carbon tax and tariff quotas, and New Delhi will have to take action on it, Steel Secretary Sandeep Poundrik said on Monday.
