Everbright Securities Company Limited received a letter of resignation from Mr. Yin Yanwu, a non-executive director of the Company, on January 6, 2026, pursuant to which Mr. Yin Yanwu has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company, and the member of the Remuneration, Nomination and Credentials Committee and the Risk Management Committee of the Board due to work-related adjustments. Following his resignation, Mr. Yin Yanwu no longer holds any position within the Company or its subsidiaries.
