APPROVAL OF THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR THE 2026 FINANCIAL YEAR

Milan, 17 December 2025 - The Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company"), leader in Italy and one of the main integrated operators worldwide in the exhibition and congress industry, today announces that the corporate events calendar for the 2026 financial year has been approved and it includes the following events:
  • 12 March 2026: Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2025;
  • 22 April 2026: Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements at 31 December 2025 and presentation of the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2025;
  • 13 May 2026: Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 31 March 2026;
  • 28 July 2026: Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Half-year Financial Report at 30 June 2026;
  • 11 November 2026: Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 30 September 2026.

Following the meetings of the Board of Directors in March, May, July and November, conference calls will be held with institutional investors and financial analysts to comment on the results of the period. Any amendments to the dates indicated above will be promptly communicated to the market.

The Board of Directors specifies that, in addition to the Annual and Half-Year Financial Report required by Article 154-ter, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree no. 58/98 ("TUF"), will continue to approve and make available to the public the "Interim management reports" relating to the quarters ended at 31 March and 30 September of each financial year, in compliance with art. 82-ter of the Regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 of May 14, 1999 ("Issuers Regulation") relating to "Additional periodic financial information", on the same terms applied in the past by the Company.
