FIGEAC AÉRO announced that Simon Peucat and Frédéric du Laurens have been appointed to its Executive Committee and that changes have been made to its operational structure to reflect the Group's expanding industrial footprint in France and the Maghreb. FIGEAC AÉRO is reinforcing its governance structure by appointing two new members, Simon Peucat and Frédéric du Laurens, to its Executive Committee: Simon Peucat has been with FIGEAC AÉRO for the past 22 years, playing a part in its growth through his roles in the Operations Department and as head of the Mécabrive site. Prior to his appointment, Simon managed the Figeac, Saint-Nazaire and Méaulte (Picardy) sites; Frédéric du Laurens has acquired close to 30 years of experience in aerospace operations in France and overseas at industrial groups such as Alstom and Lisi, where he has specialized in overseeing performance improvement and industrial transformation plans.

Prior to joining FIGEAC AÉRO, Frédéric was Vice-President Operations and Innovation at Abipa International. He holds a MBA from the University of Warwick, a degree from the Institut de Mécanique in Marseille, and is a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certified. They now hold the positions of Director of Operations France and Director of Operations Maghreb respectively.

These newly created executive positions replace that of Director of Operations, which previously spanned both regions and was held by Cyril Sabrazat who will be leaving the Group at the end of March. FIGEAC AÉRO is making these managerial changes in a drive to reinforce its operational structure, which now has senior managers dedicated to each of its segments and regions: its Aerospace activities in France, the Maghreb and North America, as well as its Defense & Energy activities. These changes also reflect an organisational need stemming from the Group's expanding industrial footprint in France and the Maghreb, both regions in which its workforce has increased by close to 30% since the PILOT 28 plan was launched.
