Technology company Fingerprint Cards (FPC) is expanding its biometric authentication product line with the launch of FPC AllKey Ultra, a new version that features an integrated 'secure element' to provide enhanced protection for biometric data and cryptographic operations.

The product builds upon the FPC AllKey, which was introduced in 2024.

FPC AllKey Ultra is targeted at applications such as crypto wallets, digital ID solutions, and FIDO passkeys. The official launch will take place at the Trustech trade show in Paris in December. No financial details have been disclosed.

“The success of FPC AllKey has demonstrated the strong demand for secure, flexible biometric systems across various markets. With FPC AllKey Ultra, we are enhancing our offering by adding a Secure Element and expanding form factor options, enabling our partners to integrate world-class security and performance into even more devices. This launch underscores our commitment to innovation and our strategy to move FPC up the value chain with integrations across multiple application areas,” commented FPC CEO Adam Philpott.
