Paolo Guglielmini, the former CEO of industrial technology group Hexagon, has secured a new high-profile position. He has recently joined the American semiconductor giant Nvidia in a senior executive capacity, according to reports from Dagens industri.

Guglielmini's tenure as CEO of Hexagon was relatively brief. After less than two years in the role, he was dismissed in November 2024 by the board of directors, which was chaired by Ola Rollén at the time.

The 49-year-old Italian executive has now moved into a new leadership role. Since April, he has served as Nvidia's head of the EMEA region, covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
