Formula 1® and FanCode have today announced an extension of their partnership that will see the leading sports streaming platform in India continue to exclusively broadcast the sport until 2028 inclusive.
Building on the successful partnership between the two companies which began in 2024, Indian
fans will be able to watch every Formula 1 practice and qualifying session, F1 Sprint event and
Grand Prix across its channels, offering a bespoke and immersive viewing experience. As part of
the latest agreement, F1 TV Pro and F1 TV Premium will be sold directly via FanCode, making the
sport more accessible than ever before, with even more in-depth content to consume.
The latest extension between Formula 1 and FanCode comes following the unprecedented
success the sport is seeing in the region in recent years, becoming one of the fastest-growing
sports in the nation, with a fanbase of 79 million. Across the pasttwo years, FanCode have hosted
special fan screenings across India to engage the F1 community and will continue to find new
and innovative ways for its audience to consume Formula 1.
FanCode will also broadcast rights in Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, cementing itself as the
home of Formula 1 in the Indian subcontinent. F1 TV Pro and F1 TV Premium will be available via
F1 in these markets.
2026 will mark a new generation for Formula 1, with the introduction of new sporting regulations
and the arrival of two new teams in Audi and Cadillac. Arvid Lindblad, of Indian heritage, is set to
become a local fan favourite in his rookie season having recently been signed by Racing Bulls.
