During the Fortum Investor Day 2025, Markus Rauramo, President and CEO, said, "On top of this and based on our track record, we are continuously looking at opportunities for inorganic growth, providing that both the strategic fit and valuation to support value creation. For both Power Generation and Consumer Solutions, we view it as likely that we will find future growth opportunities through M&A. Any acquisition will also be subject to our rigorous investment criteria".
