Fulin Precision Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into Share Subscription Agreement to issue 233,149,124 A shares at an issue price of CNY 13.62 per share for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 3,175,491,068.88 on January 13, 2026. The transaction includes participation from Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. for 233,149,124 A shares. The shares cannot be transferred within 36 months from the issuance closing date.
The transaction is approved by board of directors of the company in the 30th Meeting of the Company?s 5th Directorate and is subject to the approvals of the Company?s Shareholders, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
