Gallops Enterprise Limited announced that Mr. Nileshkumar Maganbhai Prajapati, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned from the said post with effect from February 18, 2026, due to his personal reasons. Mr. Prajapati requested the Board of Directors to relieve him from the duties of Chief Financial Officer with effect from February 18, 2026 and arrange to submit the necessary forms with the office of Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad and also intimate the same to the BSE Limited.
