General Insurance Corporation of India has informed that the term of appointment of Ms Vinita Kumari as an Independent Director of the Corporation has completed on March 23, 2026. Consequently, Ms Vinita Kumari ceased to be an Independent Director on the Board of Corporation with effect from the close of business hours on March 23, 2026.
