Real estate company Genova has issued senior unsecured green bonds totaling SEK 400 million under a framework of SEK 600 million. The bonds carry a coupon of 3-month Stibor plus 350 basis points and are set to mature in May 2030.

In connection with the issuance, Genova has also repurchased green bonds maturing in 2027 for a nominal amount of approximately SEK 100 million.

The net proceeds are to be used in accordance with the company's green finance framework and may include further repurchases of hybrid bonds.
