Germanium Mining Corp. (CNSX:GMC) entered in to an agreement to acquire Azure Ridge historic mine from Nicholas Price for $0.05 million on December 9, 2025. Under the terms, a payment of $5,000 within 3 business days of the prospector providing BLM claim serial numbers; $5,000 paid quarterly for the next 24 months after completion of due diligence; and subject to a 1.5% NSR.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
