GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. at its AGM held on April 24, 2026 approved to distribute a final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025 of RMB 7.50 per ten shares (inclusive of tax) on May 29, 2026. The final dividend will be distributed to the holders of H Shares whose names appear on the register of members of the Company as at the close of business on, April 29, 2026. Dividend payable to the holders of H Shares will be paid in Hong Kong dollars.
The actual amount of the H share dividend converted shall be calculated based on the central parity rate of RMB against Hong Kong dollars published by the People's Bank of China on the date of the AGM (i.e. RMB 1 = HKD 1.140693). Accordingly, the amount of final dividend payable per H Share is HKD 0.8555198 (inclusive of tax).
