(Alliance News) – Following the July 21 announcement regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in Athena Pubblicità Srl and, indirectly, the Visibilia Editore Spa group, Giorgio Armaroli confirmed on Thursday that the move stems from a careful assessment of the relaunch potential for the group’s publications: Novella 2000, Novella Cucina, Visto, Ciak, VilleGiardini, and PC Professionale.

“Each publication retains a strong identity within its field and deserves to be enhanced in both the print and digital markets,” Armaroli stated.

The revival plan is built on three main pillars: revitalizing print by strengthening editorial presence with respect for tradition while embracing innovative formats; digital and social development, by boosting websites and social media channels for a more integrated, up-to-date, and dynamic content experience; and events and initiatives, increasing visibility through participation in festivals, cultural events, and online activities.

In recent days, Armaroli has met with the editors of the publications, quickly establishing a strong professional rapport.

Armaroli reiterated his commitment to innovating the editorial landscape, leveraging his expertise in design, photography, augmented reality, and immersive exhibitions, convinced that these tools can help revive historic publications with passion and a contemporary vision.
