Effective today, Arvind Bhandari takes on the remit of Managing Director at Goodyear India Limited. He will hold this position for five years, or otherwise until retirement. In addition, Bhandari becomes Chairman of the tyre maker's Board of Directors.

Bhandari brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role and has worked across categories covering the complete consumer space at large Indian firms as well as global multinationals like ITC, Pepsi, and Nestle. His career spans sales, branding, marketing, and general management roles in India, South Africa, and Switzerland, with a global reach across Asia, Africa, LATAM, the Middle East, and the USA.

Most recently Managing Director of Nestle Eastern Africa, Bhandari's notable roles include Global CEO of Wyeth Nutrition, EVP & Regional Business Head at Nestle Nutrition, and Managing Director for Eastern & Horn of Africa. Bhandari is an MBA from SP Jain University, Mumbai and completed his Bachelor of Arts at St. Stephen's College in Delhi and an Executive Management Programme at IMD Business School, Switzerland.
