Granules India Limited announced that the board recommended a final dividend of INR 1.75/- per share of the face value of INR 1/- each for the financial year 2025-26, representing 175% of the paid-up equity share capital of the company. The record date for payment of the final dividend shall be July 30, 2026. The dividend will be proposed at the AGM to be held on August 6, 2026.
