Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. announced that Ms. Li Hairong has tendered her resignation as a non-executive Director with effect from December 9, 2025, in order to devote more time to her personal business developments. Ms. Li, aged 68, joined the Group since October 1998 and has been in charge of the development strategy and strategic planning of the Group.
She acted as the Chairman and an executive Director from November 27, 2015 to December 30, 2021, and has been re-designated as a non-executive Director since December 30, 2021. The resignation on this occasion is mainly due to Ms. Li having successfully fulfilled the original intention of her re-designation as a non-executive Director, which was to assist the Group?s management team in achieving a smooth and seamless succession, thereby ensuring the sustained and stable development of the Group. After Ms. Li?s resignation, the Board consists of 9 Directors, including 2 executive Directors, 3 non-executive Directors and 4 independent non-executive Directors.
