GTR Management Services Limited announced that it will raise approximately $1,900,000,000 in an equity round of funding on January 7, 2026. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Oak Hill Capital Management, LLC for $400,000,000 and returning investor KKR & Co. Inc. for $1,500,000,000 The company has issued convertible preferred stock in the transaction.
