Guangdong Create Century Intelligent Equipment Group Corporation Limited has announced to issue Private Placement of not more than 30% of total share capital A Shares at a price of not less than 80% of the average price in the 20 trading days before the pricing reference date for gross proceeds of CNY 300,000,000 on March 30, 2026. The transaction includes not more than 35 investors participation. The transaction has been approved by Board of directors at 3rd Meeting of the 7th Directorate and subject to the approval of shareholders.
All the securities issued pursuant to the offering are subject to hold period of six months from closing date.
