Hainan Shenneng New Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive CNY 294.6186 million in funding from Shenergy Company Limited, Shanghai Emperor of Cleaning Hi-Tech Co., Ltd, Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Co., Ltd.

Hainan Shenneng New Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 294,618,600 in a round of funding on July 21, 2025. The transaction included participation from returning investors, Shenergy Company Limited will invest CNY 250,425,810, Shanghai Emperor of Cleaning Hi-Tech Co., Ltd will invest CNY 29,461,860, and Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group Co., Ltd. will invest CNY 14,730,930. The transaction has been approved by the 20th meeting of the 5th board of directors of parent company.

The registered capital will increased from CNY 200,000,000 to CNY 2,946,186,000.
