Hawksburn Vcc - Sympatheia Power Fund managed by Hawksburn Capital Pte Ltd, agreed to acquire Paso Pe Bitcoin mining site in Paraguay from Bitfarms Ltd. (TSX:BITF) for $30 million on January 2, 2026. A cash consideration of $9 million will be paid upon closing of this transaction and Up to $21 million over 10 months following closing based on certain payment milestones. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026.
