HiteJinro has designated company vice president In-seop Jang to the role of CEO. Jang is set to be officially appointed at a shareholders' meeting later this month. Jang would succeed Kim In-gyu, who has been CEO since the 2011 merger between Hite Beer and Jinro.
The appointment is part of a number of undisclosed changes to the company's management team.
