Hoist Italia Srl acquired Non-Performing Credit Portfolio of Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.p.A. from Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.p.A (BIT:BPSO) on April 15, 2026.

The portfolio, known as Project Genesis, has a gross value of ?173 million. The portfolio consists of secured and unsecured loans, some of which are backed by MCC guarantees.
