Huadian Power International Corporation Limited reported operating results for the year ended December 31, 2025. For the period, the company reported total amount of power cumulatively generated by Huadian Power International Corporation Limited* (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (the "Group") calculated on the basis of the consolidated financial statements according to the China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises for the year 2025 was 262.27 million MWh, representing an increase by 17.81% compared with the announced data of the same period of the previous year, representing a decrease by approximately 6.99% compared with the retroactively adjusted data of the same period of the previous year; and the total amount of on-grid electricity sold was 246.44 million MWh, representing an increase by 18.22% compared with the announced data of the same period of the previous year, representing a decrease by approximately 7.09% compared with the retroactively adjusted data of the same period of the previous year. The decrease in the amount of power generated and on-grid electricity sold after retrospective adjustment for the year 2025 was mainly attributable to the continuous increase in installed capacity of new energy sources, and the decrease in utilization hours of the coal-fired units.
Through preliminary accounting, the average tariff of on-grid electricity sold by the Group for the year 2025 was approximately RMB 513.29 per MWh, representing an increase by 0.27% compared with the announced data of the same period of the previous year, representing a decrease by approximately 2.34% compared with the retroactively adjusted data of the same period of the previous year.
