HubSpot, Inc. (NYSE:HUBS) entered into an agreement to acquire XFunnel, Inc. for $30 million on October 30, 2025. A cash consideration of $30 million will be paid by HubSpot, Inc. As part of consideration, $30 million is paid towards common equity of XFunnel, Inc. The transaction is subject to customary post-closing adjustments and conditions.
The acquisition is expected to close during the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.
