Following the launch of local Circles in the industrial and digital sectors, Huggy is now deploying a Circle within the banking and insurance industry, with BNP Paribas and the Apicil Group leading the way. The objective: to bring together as many industry players as possible to bolster recruitment and maintain local employment. Through this sustainable and responsible approach, Circle members share the profiles of unsuccessful candidates or those in the off-boarding process, tracking their progress via the Huggy platform.
In return, they benefit from direct introductions to candidates already pre-qualified by their peers for their specific needs. Each company in the Circle also earns the "Circular Recruitment" label and receives monthly CSR certificates to highlight their concrete actions in favor of employability.
Launched in 2023, Huggy is a platform that connects talent and companies through recommendations. Certified as a mission-driven company and a Young Innovative Enterprise, the startup is the driving force behind the Circular Recruitment movement, which promotes a more efficient and virtuous approach based on peer-to-peer profile recommendations.
