Forestry and garden equipment manufacturer Husqvarna has announced several changes to its executive management team. Patrik Johnsson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective September 11. He joins from a similar role at Indutrade and succeeds Terry Burke, who will leave the company on July 31.
Concurrently, a new executive position of Chief Procurement Officer has been established. Lily Guo, who joins from Harman International within the Samsung Group, will take up the post on August 1 and will be based in Hong Kong.
Anders Candell has been named the new CIO, succeeding Robert Hafredal, who is moving into another strategic role within Husqvarna. Candell joins from Skanska and will take office in early December. He has previously held senior IT leadership positions at companies including Telia, Stora Enso, Tele2, and Outokumpu.
Husqvarna AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of outdoor power products, consumer watering products, cutting equipment and diamond tools for construction and stone industries. The Company’s product offering includes robotic lawn mowers, garden tractors, chainsaws and trimmers.
