ICL Group Ltd (NYSE:ICL) agreed to acquire Bartek Ingredients Inc. on December 18, 2025. As of fiscal year 2024, Bartek Ingredients generated approximately $65 million in annual revenue.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals, and will be completed in two phases. The first phase, expected to close during the first quarter of 2026.
