IG Group Holdings plc announced that the Board has approved a change to the Group's financial year end, moving from 31 May to 31 December with immediate effect on November 4, 2025. As a result, the current financial year will now end on 31 December 2025, aligning IG's reporting calendar with common market practice. Following this change, the Group's reporting schedule will be as follows:Trading update providing Group revenue and key performance indicators for the three months ended 30 November 2025 to be published in December 2025,Final results for the seven-month transitional period ending 31 December 2025, together with a trading update for the three months ending 28 February 2026, to be published in March 2026, Interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2026, to be published in August 2026,Thereafter, IG expects to publish final full year results for the 12 months ending 31 December in March and interim results in August at the latest.
Quarterly trading updates for the periods ending 31 March and 30 September are expected to be published in April and October respectively.
