IG Group Holdings plc announced an update on Board Chair succession. Further to the announcement on September 15, 2025, that Mike McTighe intended to retire as Board Chair, the search for a permanent successor is progressing well. Mike McTighe has agreed to remain in the role until his successor is in place.
