Immix Biopharma, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on the application of chimeric antigen receptor cell therapy (CAR- T) in light chain (AL) Amyloidosis and autoimmune disease. The Company's lead cell therapy asset is CAR-T NXC-201 for autoimmune disease, relapsed/refractory AL Amyloidosis, and relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, which is being evaluated in its ongoing Phase Ib/IIa NEXICART-1 (NCT04720313) clinical trial. IMX-110 in Phase Ib/IIa clinical trials, is a Tissue-Specific Therapeutic with TME Normalization, a technology that the Company is developing initially for mCRC and Soft Tissue Sarcoma (STS).
