Inchcape plc (LSE:INCH) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company has entered into an agreement with UBS AG ("UBS") to repurchase up to £175 million worth of its shares. The purpose of the program is to reduce the capital of the company.
The shares repurchased will be cancelled. The repurchase program is valid till March 5, 2027.
