Inchcape plc announced the appointment of Tracy Clarke as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 December 2025. Tracy Clarke has had a 35-year executive career with Standard Chartered Bank in which time she held several senior positions across a variety of functions. During her tenure she led operations in Europe and the Americas, as well as private banking internationally.
She is also a seasoned non-executive director with experience gained from a diverse range of organisations. She has extensive knowledge of remuneration, M&A, and emerging markets. She is currently a non-executive director at Haleon plc and TP ICAP Group plc, and also senior independent director of Starling Bank Limited.
