Altius Telecom Infrastructure Trust (Trust), formerly Data Infrastructure Trust, is an infrastructure investment trust. The investment objectives of the Trust are to carry on the activities of an infrastructure investment trust. Its portfolio includes Summit Digitel Infrastructure Limited (SDIL), Crest Digitel Private Limited (CDPL), and ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited (ATC India). SDIL provides telecom infrastructure. ATC India, with around 76,000 towers, is a Telecom Infrastructure Provider. Serving all telecom providers, ATC offers telecom sites, colocation services, and in-building infrastructure sharing, helping MNOs expand their networks efficiently and cost-effectively. CDPL is a fifth generation (5G)-ready Digital Connectivity Infrastructure Provider, enhancing network experiences across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited is the investment manager of the trust.
