Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited announced that from the date of approval of the Articles, the Bank's board of supervisors and supervisors shall be legally dismissed, and the Rules of Procedure for the Board of Supervisors of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited shall be abolished simultaneously. Mr. Huangli, Mr. Zhangjie and Mr. Liu Lanbiao shall no longer serve as supervisors of the Bank and have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Bank and there are no other relevant matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders or creditors of the Bank.
