The Board of Directors of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited approved the appointment of Mr. Tian Fenglin, the Chief Business Officer, to concurrently serve as Board Secretary of the Bank on 29 August 2025. The Bank received the "Qualification Approval of Tian Fenglin as Board Secretary of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China by the National Financial Regulatory Administration " (Jin Fu [2025] No.577). Pursuant to the relevant requirements, the qualification of Mr. Tian Fenglin to concurrently serve as Board Secretary of the Bank has been approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
The appointment of Mr. Tian Fenglin to concurrently serve as Board Secretary of the Bank has become effective.
