The Board of Directors of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited approved the appointment of Mr. Yao Mingde, the Senior Executive Vice President, to concurrently serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank on 29 August 2025. The Bank received the "Qualification Approval of Yao Mingde as Chief Financial Officer of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China by the National Financial Regulatory Administration " (Jin Fu [2025] No.579) today. Pursuant to the relevant requirements, the qualification of Mr. Yao Mingde to concurrently serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank has been approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
The appointment of Mr. Yao Mingde to concurrently serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank has become effective.
