Role And Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial activities of the Group. Reason For Cessation: Mr. Gan Lai Thong (Mr. Gan) has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue his own personal interests, with his last day of service being 31 December 2025.
The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable replacement and will make a further announcement in due course once a new appointment is confirmed.
