Inox Green Energy Services Limited (NSEI:INOXGREEN) and Inox Neo Energies entered into letter of intent to acquire IPP and O&M portfolios from Wind World (India) Limited in a deal expected to be worth INR 28 billion, according to Business Line sources on February 19, 2026. As per the transaction, Inox Neo Energies will acquire Wind World India?s IPP portfolio and Inox Green Energy Services Limited will acquire O&M businesses of Wind World India. IPP portfolio consist of 600 MW, with wind farms spread across seven key wind-rich states: Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh.

And, O&M portfolio stands at nearly 4.5 GW, servicing a marquee client base that includes leading corporates such as the Tata Group, ReNew, Greenko Group, Apraava Energy and Hindustan Zinc, amongst others. The transaction is subject to approval by NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench and bankruptcy court approval and is approved by Committee of Creditors of Wind World (India) Limited.
