Claes Lindahl, CEO and major shareholder of the technology company Intellego, has expanded his portfolio with the acquisition of more shares. On September 9, Lindahl purchased 363 Intellego shares at a price of SEK 214 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of SEK 77,700. The purchase was executed on First North, according to disclosures from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider registry.
As of August 29, Lindahl held 3.70 million shares in Intellego, corresponding to 12.05 percent of the company's capital and voting rights, according to shareholder service Holdings. Over the past several months, he has increased his ownership in the company on multiple occasions.
