(Alliance News) - Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking division led by Mauro Micillo, is reinforcing its role as a financial bridge with the United States, as reported by Milano Finanza on Friday.

In 2025, IMI CIB supported international issuers in Yankee bond transactions totaling over USD 23 billion, and assisted American companies in euro-denominated issuances - known as Reverse Yankee - for approximately USD 10 billion.

According to MF, these transactions amount to more than USD 30 billion overall, underscoring the strength of the division's cross-market model.
