Investment AB Latour issued three bond loans of in total SEK 1,500 million, within the aggregate nominal amount of the existing MTN program. The first bond loan amounts to SEK 250 million with a tenor of 5 years and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 0.78% annually. The second bond loan amounts to SEK 750 million with a tenor of 5 years and carries a fixed interest rate of 3.243% annually.
The third bond loan amounts to SEK 500 million with a tenor of 7 years and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR + a margin of 1.07% annually. Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea have arranged the issuance.
